Someone brought this instrument to me saying, “You can have it if you can fix it. It isn’t worth anything to me. Looking at it, it was a challenge to say the least. But it never ceases to amaze me at how restorative wood can be: even if it is cracked, warped and broken. Look at the series below, as evidence, that just about any instrument can be fixed.
