Ideas come from all sorts of times and directions.  One night I dreamed of a different kind of shape---a hybrid between a guitar and a violin.  Aside from an interesting shape, it seemed like a good idea to test the instrument for its acoustic merit. As it turned out, the guitar has an extraordinary bass punch, with unusual projection.  Every iteration of this model produces the same kind of tonal quality.  It’s those corners.
